This place is our favorite! I actually prefer ordering ahead and picking up but I love that you can completely customize a bowl for yourself. My favs are chicken with all the feta cheese, sweet potato and yogurt sauce. My whole fam get something different here.

Rarely are you able to find airport food as good as the food offered at Evergreens. During my brief layover at SEA, I tried to stop by the American Express Centurion Lounge, but was denied access because the lounge was at capacity. Looking around at the food options nearby, Evergreens seemed to be the most popular option amongst Yelpers. The spot gave me Chipotle vibes, but with healthier, lighter options. For around $20 a bowl, it's the pricing you'd expect at the airport. When I stopped by during lunch hour, there was only a short line at Evergreens. Typically when there's no line or a short line, that's because 1) the establishment is not particularly good, or 2) the establishment is super efficient. Fortunately with Evergreens, it was the latter. Evergreens is fast and efficient with putting together their bowls, wraps and salads. I ordered their "Chimi Fallon", their chimichurri chicken bowl with avocado, jasmine rice, roasted sweet potato, crispy jalapeños, crushed pineapple, black beans, red bell pepper, and cilantro, and the bowl was ready in less than a minute. Overall, the bowl tasted really good! The chicken was flavorful and tender, the roasted sweet potato had a great texture and was perfect in its sweetness, the avocado was ripe and creamy, and the red bell peppers and crispy jalapeños provided the crunch the bowl needed. If you find yourself spending time in this area of the airport, I highly recommend grabbing Evergreens for lunch.

Evergreens is a great option when you're at SeaTac and pressed for time but also craving something on the healthy side. I love the Cobb Your Enthusiasm salad and also appreciate that you can add in other ingredients to customize your meal. They are generous with portions and the staff is friendly! My #1 option for a fast lunch or dinner at SeaTac!

Got Evergreens for lunch while I was at the airport. The line was pretty busy to order but it went by fast and I didn't have to wait that long. I ordered the Buff Said Wrap with the peppercorn ranch and hot sauce on the side. The peppercorn ranch was good and I am normally not a ranch fan. The ranch went well with the wrap. I wasn't a fan of the hot sauce - it was sweet and too vinegary. Would skip the hot sauce next time and just ask for the sriracha. The filling was packed with chicken, ancient grains, romaine, celery, crispy jalapeño (loved the crunch), pepperoncini, and Tillamook white cheddar. The wrap was pretty big and I ended up eating 75% of it. Definitely filled me up and I wasn't even bloated from eating it. Would highly recommend!

I'm giving 5 stars because this is healthy, delicious, airport food. I'm a big fan of Sweetgreen so I was concerned how well this would live up. Order the Thai Curryous bowl (because I couldn't make up my mind of what I wanted so quickly) and it was delicious! I'm more of a warm bowl kind of person and not so much a salad person so this was too my liking. FYI, you can swap out ingredients if there is something you don't like. Also, I think I would have opted for quinoa over white rice (just for health reasons). They gave a ton of white rice, which I love but I probably didn't need that much actually. Totally my go-to SeaTac airport restaurant now.

If I'm passing through the Seattle airport, Evergreens is always a must. While their menu is diverse, I always go for a 'build your own' salad. You have many options to choose from when it comes to your salad base from mixed greens, spinach, arugula or just plain romaine lettuce. The mix ins/toppings are my favorite part. They literally have everything you want from the basics like cucumbers and tomatoes to sweet potatoes and pickled onions. Everything is always so fresh and tastes absolutely divine. As you go down the assembly line, you can add in protein (I did chicken for $3) and avocado for $2. The dressings are endless and to be honest, there's too many to name- all are absolutely delicious. A while ago, they used to build your salad in a silver bowl and then mix it for you automatically. That has since stopped and they build the salad into the green plastic bowl that you take with you. However, before they close that lid, you have to ASK them to MIX YOUR SALAD. This should be automatic in my opinion because ain't no one got time to try to mix a salad while sitting in an airplane seat with limited space while having all the toppings fall on the floor or in your neighbors lap. They also have fresh focaccia bread available upon request - don't forget this! Overall, this place is a nice option available to you before you fly. The price point for my salad was around $20. Is it too pricey? Probably, but then again I'm in the airport and traveling so it's sorta to be expected. The service is always friendly and efficient which I appreciate.

Good build your own salad, but definitely pricey. I didn't opt for any of the classic ones since none of the combos seemed to entice me too much. However, you can choose to build your own with all the ingredients you want. I really liked the chimichurri chicken and the cilantro dressing! The bowl came out to around $20 which I think is a little overkill for a salad but it's a healthy option if you want to feel good before your flight.

I think this place has some of the better food options at SeaTac, with plenty of fresh and healthy options. And they are *fast*! Don't be daunted by the line when you arrive; they get through it fast. That said, because they are generally slammed much of the day, people behind the counter can be a bit curt and seemingly unfriendly (but I think of it being more curtness than unfriendliness). My last visit, I ordered their Jalapeño Business Warm Bowl. It was tasty and mildly spicy. All of the ingredients, including the avacado, seemed really fresh. I was able to eat part of the meal while waiting to board and the rest on the plane.

Glad this was an option at the airport. Their salad was pretty good. Didn't feel like they skimped out on toppings. Loved all the ingredients in my salad and the dressing. Don't remember what the salad was called but had steak, Gorgonzola cheese, yellow bell peppers, pepperoncini, diced jalapeño ( I would ask for none next time, it was spicy for me). Service wasn't the greatest, thus the 4 stars.

I probably had one of the best salads here. I ordered their Seasonal salad, The Spice is Right. It has greens, grains, chimichurri sauce, feta and sweet potatoes. I didn't add any meat and it was very filling. The line was long but their service is fast. I wish I had known about this place sooner.
